Overview
PMA Role
PMA performed cost and schedule risk assessments by facilitating interactive planning sessions, analyzing cost estimate and schedule data, and by performing a Primavera Monte Carlo risk analysis. PMA also prepared a value engineering study for the project and completed a cost estimate at the 50% preliminary engineering phase for the architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing trades.
