Overview
PMA provides scheduling, schedule control, and project controls services on this contract. The project involves more than 25 subcontractors working under the supervision of a construction manager. PMA staff developed a baseline schedule during contract development and mitigated a schedule completion issue by creating simulations to weigh the feasibility of different completion times for the operational, commercial, and economic aspects of the project. After reaching an optimum approach to complete the project on time, PMA staff implemented a schedule update process for all subconsultants to ensure an appropriate commitment to schedule deliverables. To ensure the reliability of the final product, PMA holds meetings with the project team and subcontractors on a regular basis, in addition to making site visits.PMA Role
