This $90 million project replaces the Minot Forest and William Decas Elementary Schools with a new 159,989-SF facility that provides an innovative, state-of-the-art learning environment for 1,020 students in grades pre-K through 4. It also functions as a premier community resource and gathering space.

PMA Role
PMA provides comprehensive owner’s project management services for this project. This work includes supporting the feasibility study, procuring design and construction services, establishing a project budget and schedule, monitoring and reviewing design, enacting community outreach, and reviewing change orders. PMA project managers also host monthly virtual tours of the school building via Facebook Live so people can watch and ask questions in real time.
