Overview
PMA Role
PMA was responsible for project controls, including change order management, process improvements, pay application review, schedule review, cost control, document control, and reporting for the project. PMA developed tools for budget tracking and reporting and change order logs and developed a summary schedule of the contractor’s detailed schedule in NetPoint, which was used for reporting to the project management team. PMA facilitated a series of workshops to plan UCM’s activation for the facility and integrated those activities with the contractor’s schedule.
