PMA performed comprehensive owner’s project management services, overseeing and monitoring all aspects of the work in all phases. Scope of services included schedule and cost control, quality assurance, environmental and safety compliance, site logistics planning, coordination with campus requirements, and communications coordination with and among all team members.
