Additional renovations involve wall relocations, new computer area electrical communication systems, signage; and insulation panel replacements.
Overview
PMA Role
PMA was initially engaged to serve as a litigation consultant to evaluate and quantify delays that occurred in Phase 1 of the project, as well as associated increased costs incurred by the developer. Other services included offering opinions on the party(ies) responsible for the delays, disruptions, accelerations, and increased costs; and preparing a written report summarizing PMA findings and opinions to submit to project stakeholders. PMA was subsequently retained by our client for Phase 2 of this project to monitor the schedule and to serve in an advisory role on contract administration issues.
