The $34 million Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU) design-build Residence Hall project included design, construction, and associated site work for a new 300-bed apartment-style dormitory for students and staff. Each unit in this four-story ~100,000-SF structure contains a private kitchen and bath design in double and single units for students as well as units for resident assistant(s) and a resident director. Several units are fully accessible and ADA compliant. Common areas on each floor, such as small group study areas, fitness, and meeting space were also included in the scope.
