Testimonial
“PMA has made significant positive impacts on numerous FTA projects, including the West Valley Connector project. They successfully manage activities by quickly identifying critical project issues and actively engaging with the project sponsor. PMA establishes a quality policy, objectives, plans, and procedures/work instructions, thereby gaining the project sponsor’s confidence by demonstrating technical knowledge of project and vehicle parameters. Their proactiveness in foreseeing potential project issues has allowed projects to move forward. Similarly, their continuous and consistent briefings, supported by the qualified opinion of subject/technical experts, quickly bring attention to any problem, issue, or concern. These findings were discussed with the grantee promptly, adding value to the grantee’s oversight and enhancing the management provided by FTA and PMA for the projects. PMA’s proactive and cooperative working relationship with FTA and the grantee to resolve issues is noteworthy.”
