PMA Role
Since 1998, PMA has provided services that include business process reengineering, writing project management & controls procedures, project cost & schedule controls, project risk assessments, integration of project delivery and capital planning / forecasting, implementation of business intelligence tools, implementation of capital planning and project controls systems, biddability reviews of construction bid packages, drafting contract general conditions language, training, and project controls functions on large programs. PMA also recommended processes, systems, and coding improvements to the Engineering Department as part of the design and implementation of their new project management systems, including Primavera P3e, Expedition, and several PMA-developed custom applications. PMA configured these new systems to work in an enterprise manner to integrate with existing custom and enterprise financial systems.
