The Greater Orlando Aviation Authority (GOAA) replaced the existing Automated People Mover Operating System serving Airsides 1 and 3 of the North Terminal Complex at Orlando International Airport. The systems are dual-lane shuttles with an approximate length of 2,000 feet on each guideway lane. The project scope also included the design and construction of the South Terminal Complex Automated People Mover Operating System, which connects to the existing North Terminal with one station at each end of the system. The South Terminal will have approximately 7,500 feet of a dual-lane guideway with an initial fleet to support a specified initial line capacity.
