Overview
PMA Role
PMA provided as-required scheduling services to the construction manager to develop a project schedule for all components of the CBIS recapitalization and optimization project; the schedule was developed utilizing Primavera P6. PMA developed a master project schedule that reflected the entire project scope for managing this complex and highly phased project. Airport operations were maintained while baggage and security screening areas were renovated to incorporate the latest technology. PMA conducted monthly schedule updates, prepared monthly schedule reporting, and facilitated what-if analysis. PMA also collaborated with major subcontractors and seamlessly gathered their monthly updates to roll into the master project schedule. PMA developed multiple custom reports to effectively communicate relevant information to various project stakeholders. Custom reports were also developed for field superintendents, project managers, designers, and Massport project management staff.
