PMA Role
PMA worked alongside our client to prepare a program-level conceptual estimate and master schedule to support the client’s request for project authorization from the PANYNJ Board of Directors. PMA has provided a full scope of project controls services including cost control, cost estimating, risk assessment, value engineering, logistics analysis, and claims services. PMA has developed order-of-magnitude, conceptual, and detailed cost estimates. We have also provided estimates for ongoing design development, alignment changes, and facilities development. PMA has produced baseline schedules for program management and construction planning and our scheduling team has delivered various planning studies, detailed construction schedules, interface planning with the Long Island Rail Road (LIRR) project, cost-loaded schedules, and cash-flow studies.
