The Lower Cherry Aqueduct (LCA) emergency rehabilitation project is a two-phase effort with a total project cost estimate of $18.1 million and is part of San Francisco Public Utilities Commission’s (SFPUC’s) drought mitigation actions to repair aging infrastructure and damages incurred during the Rim Fire.

As the project manager, PMA managed and organized projects from concept through design and construction to closeout of the projects according to SFPUC policy and procedures; prepared and monitored project budget, scope, and schedule; and coordinated with SFPUC internal departments and other agencies for regulatory and statutory compliance.
