Overview
PMA Role
PMA managed the implementation and integration of e-Builder into the Harvard Capital Projects financial reporting system. PMA successfully developed a cost breakdown structure to align with university requirements; cost coded project estimates; created automated workflows for commitments, invoices, and applications for payment; developed document control file structures; transferred existing project documents into new document control structures; and created custom reports for communication of budgets, commitments, expenditures, and forecasts. PMA also provided system administration services after e-Builder implementation by maintaining user access, performing new user training, updating automated approval workflows, and resolving system errors reported by users.
