PMA Role
PMA provided scheduling services for this project, including developing a baseline schedule and maintaining the project schedule through monthly project updates. The schedule is fully cost-loaded and used as the basis for monthly progress payments. PMA performed critical path analysis to assess delays, analyze potential risks, and provide detailed reports to the contractor.
