PMA was selected from among 30 respondents to provide independent claims and changes consulting services for the $2.6 billion construction of the new international Terminal D and capital improvement program (CIP) at Dallas/Fort Worth (DFW) Airport. PMA has continued to provide claims management services, contract document development, expert witness, mediation, and arbitration representative services. Recently, DFW embarked on an ambitious $2.7 billion program to renovate and rehabilitate Terminals A, B, and E. PMA is currently performing in the third 5-year continuing professional services contract.

To date, PMA has assisted in analyzing claims and providing recommendations for resolution involving alleged owner-caused delay, weather delay, differing site conditions, constructive acceleration, disruption, impact damages, Eichleay damages, extended general conditions, and extended home office overhead.
