Project Control Summit

Galveston Island Convention Center in Galveston, Texas
April 22 – 24

The Project Control Summit is the largest and most highly regarded project controls conference. Starting as the first global virtual conference in project controls, it soon became the largest, bringing in 4500+ attendees from 124 countries during its second year. As an in-person conference, it still benefits project professionals worldwide, providing attendees with both education and networking opportunities that empower them to have greater success in their careers and bring their organizations to a higher standard of performance.

We look forward to attending for our third year and sharing PMA’s project controls innovations through our booth and a presentation by Tim Mather.

The Algorithmic As-Built Schedule

Presented by Tim Mather (PMA Consultants)
April 24

The authors wish to dispel the notion of the elusive as-built critical path and introduce the concept of the algorithmic as-built schedule. As demonstrated at the PMI Global Congress 2010, the fact is that the as-built critical path is alive and well left of the data date. With the primacy accorded to the as-built schedule, analysts may welcome the addition of the algorithmic as-built alternative, sourced from the fully progressed update, in revisions of ASCE 67-17, RP 29R-03, and the SCL Protocol.
