PMA is proud to announce exciting growth and changes in the Midwest, Northeast, and Mid-Atlantic operations groups.

Midwest Relocation

Andrew Chattaway is now a Managing Director in the PMA Chicago office, a responsibility he assumed after leading our New York office for the past 3 years. He is a certified eBuilder Implementer and member of the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA) and the BIM Forum. He is also a consistent presenter at industry conferences such as Primavera, CMAA National, and TRF. Andrew celebrated his 14th anniversary with PMA in November!

Northeast Promotions

John Sheridan was recently promoted to Division Director and leads the New England division. John has focused his experience on cost, schedule, change order and claims management and analysis on over a hundred multimillion-dollar specialty and complex construction contracts. He has also been actively involved in project management, expert claims assignments, and project audits. He has been with PMA for 30 years!

Steve Rusteika was promoted to Executive Director this year. Steve has extensive experience in project and construction management and has successfully managed dozens of Massachusetts public sector projects ranging from $1 million to $442 million. He is also about to celebrate his 30th anniversary with PMA!

Chris Carroll was promoted to Executive Director in the spring of 2019. He has extensive experience with PMA Consultants as a program, project, construction and scheduling management consultant with small to large owners and contractors on small to mega projects.

Kevin Nigro has been promoted to Managing Director. Kevin is a construction project manager with extensive experience providing comprehensive project management services including cost and schedule management and controls, contract administration, change order negotiations, claims avoidance, and public liaison in the owner’s best interest.

Chad Crittenden has also been promoted to Managing Director. Chad has project management and project controls experience on complex public education, pharmaceutical, facility, and electrical transmission infrastructure projects. Chad’s several years of field experience as a construction superintendent have reinforced his considerable understanding of construction logistics, materials, and methods.

Mid-Atlantic Promotions & Relocations

Rich Martone was promoted to Executive Director of the Mid-Atlantic region. Rich has been with PMA for more than 25 years and was previously based in our Braintree office. He leads PMA’s team on various MTA projects and is an expert in claims management and presenting complex multimillion-dollar construction issues to alternative dispute resolution forums.

Ed Whelan has been promoted to Managing Director of the Mid-Atlantic region. During his 22-years with PMA, Ed has had extensive experience as an owner’s project manager/representative and as a claims analyst with PMA’s claims and changes group providing project review/audit and evaluation as well as contract administration services on public projects.
