PMA is pleased to announce the advancement of Dax Ponce de Leon to the position of Executive Director of the newly formed Midwest business unit. In this role, he oversees PMA’s team in Chicago as well as our PSEG group in New Jersey. Dax has significant experience in program and project management, with an emphasis on process improvement, planning and development, project delivery, project controls, and green design and construction. He has provided cost, schedule, risk, and change management services to a variety of projects and programs in markets including aviation, healthcare, hospitality, transportation, energy, and oil/gas. As CEO-Elect, Dax has created initiatives to grow and share knowledge across the organization and with clients. Dax has been with PMA for more than 18 years and is based in our Chicago office.
