What are you passionate about and how do you pursue that passion at PMA?

Playing a role in building something that is functional and that contributes meaningfully to the built environment instills a profound sense of accomplishment and pride. PMA offers the opportunity to be part of projects that transform entire communities.

What current project(s) are you working on?

Currently I am supporting MassDOT District 6, Kallidus Technologies, and the Hingham Elementary School project.

Who/what inspires you to push yourself?

There are many people who inspired me, but I believe my mom is the greatest inspiration in my life. She inspires me to keep pushing forward through adversity. She always stresses that treating people with respect and building solid relationships are just as important as competence in my work.

What are the most positive aspects of working at PMA? Or Share your impressions of PMA’s culture.

I get to work with amazing individuals who are experts in their respective fields who are always willing to share their knowledge. I am also impressed by PMA’s commitment to innovation, its strong industry reputation, and its focus on providing exceptional client service.

What is something innovative happening in your industry that makes you excited about the future?

I am particularly intrigued by the prospect of AI in the construction industry and the unique solutions AI has to offer to advance productivity and performance.

What university or college did you graduate from?

I earned my master’s degree from North Carolina State University, Raleigh, NC, in 2015.

What is your favorite local establishment/feature?

I enjoy good food and it’s always hard to pick just one place. Currently my favorites in Austin are House of Three Gorges, which offers Sichuan cuisine, and Dee Dee, which has northern Thai food.
