I’m passionate about being involved in and contributing to the success of complex projects that require thinking outside of the box to meet the project goals. At PMA I have been assigned several larger complex projects that are unique and provide the opportunity to work with a team to come up with innovative solutions to meet the project needs.

  • MBTA Claims Support
Who/what inspires you to push yourself? (Personal heroes, family members, ideas)

I am inspired by my family to work hard and show my sons, ages 12 and 9, that challenging yourself and working as a team facilitates personal and professional growth. These principles apply to school, sports, and ultimately your profession (when they get older).

What are the most positive aspects of working at PMA? Or Share your impressions of PMA’s culture.

PMA’s culture fosters each employee’s professional growth and empowers employees to be active participants in the company’s success. PMA’s upper management engages all employees to be team members to promote the individual’s growth as well as the firm’s success. This is unique in the corporate environment.

What is something innovative happening in your industry that makes you excited about the future?

PMA has created and continues to develop industry-leading software that I am excited to learn more about and implement. Having worked in the industry for over 23 years I have used a number of different tools/software; however, PMA’s in-house software appears to have been developed to serve our clients’ specific needs well.
