What are you passionate about and how do you pursue that passion at PMA?
I’m passionate about public and commercial infrastructure projects that improve people’s quality of life. At PMA, I get to pursue this by working on a variety of different projects where I am given the freedom to try new technologies and methods in order to improve outdated processes. Through our work, I hope to make an impact on how construction projects are managed by implementing modern software and innovative practices to an industry that is often neglected.

Who/what inspires you to push yourself? (Personal heroes, family members, ideas)
I’m inspired by seeing the positive impact that quality work can have on people’s lives.
What are the most positive aspects of working at PMA? Or Share your impressions of PMA’s culture.
First and foremost, PMA treats their employees with respect and grants them the freedom to pursue work that they are passionate about. Additionally, while employees have the opportunity to work freely and independently, PMA always provides a support system of expert coworkers to learn from.
What is something innovative happening in your industry that makes you excited about the future?
I’m excited about the new software and technology being applied to the construction industry. Innovations like Building Information Modeling, drone scanning, and data management software will allow for a smoother flow of information for all relevant parties in a project.

What is your favorite local establishment/feature (restaurant, museum, stadium, etc.)?
The BIG HOUSE! Nothing beats a football game at the best stadium in the world.
