PMA is proud to partner with Cristo Rey Boston High School in their work-study program as a sponsor of a freshman student. In the Cristo Rey Network, Boston High School is one of 31 Catholic college preparatory schools that serve 11,521 students from economically-disadvantaged families across 21 states. Included in the curriculum is a corporate work-study program that allows for each participating student to earn over 60% of their education costs.

Cristo Rey Boston was founded in 2004. The rigorous curriculum and work study program the school offers equips students with skills and knowledge to transform their lives and future. With its efforts and corporate partners, Cristo Rey Boston has seen 100% of its graduating seniors accepted into colleges since the year 2010.

PMA started working with a Cristo Rey Boston High School freshman student in September 2017. Soon-to-be a sophomore and returning to work again with PMA in the fall, the student comes into the office for a full day of work, five days a month, where she accompanies different leaders every week to support various project-related tasks, as well as office and administrative needs such as copying, filing, and data-entry.
