Brian Sullivan, DirectorPMA is excited to announce the opening of our new office located in Providence, Rhode Island. PMA has a successful history of assisting Rhode Island’s local Universities and State Agencies with buildings and transportation projects. PMA’s Director Brian Sullivan will lead PMA’s efforts to serve clients with scheduling, project controls, claims, and OPM services on Rhode Island’s transportation, infrastructure, higher education, and K-12 school projects.

Brian joined PMA in early January and brings 23 years of experience providing project management/scheduling/claims in Rhode Island. He has extensive scheduling, project controls, claims, and management experience on infrastructure and construction projects throughout New England. His many notabl­e accomplishments include serving as project manager for two consecutive five-year RIDOT contracts that FHWA recognized for Best Practices in Scheduling/Claims Management; assisting numerous public and private clients, including Brown University and Quonset Point Development Corporation, with scheduling, project controls, and claims avoidance/management; and providing forensic scheduling/claims analysis expertise and testimony in arbitration.

Our team looks forward to building on Brian’s experience and working relationships in Rhode Island as we continue to serve our existing Rhode Island customers while engaging with new clients.
