Rick’s background in civil and environmental engineering includes vertical and horizontal construction projects for highways, railroad, and multimodal transportation systems; airports; institutional construction; utilities; community parks; and roadways. He has managed projects for municipalities and private enterprises, providing construction management, project controls, and cost estimating services.
